This release includes significant enhancements for plugin management, with new support for .zip archives via --plugin-dir. Console organizations now benefit from --channels functionality with API key authentication, and MCP users gain clearer server tool details and less conversation clutter from summarized tool lists on reconnects. A simplified /model picker and an important fix for EnterWorktree creating new branches from local HEAD further improve the experience. Numerous critical fixes address stability issues such as crash loops with large piped input and hanging drag-and-drop image uploads. UI improvements include individually clickable long URLs and correct tab navigation in /config. Various tool-related problems have also been resolved, including MCP image dropping, parallel shell call cancellations, accurate prompt length checks for high-context models, and reliable plugin update detection.

- `EnterWorktree` now creates the new branch from local HEAD as documented, instead of `origin/<default-branch>` — unpushed commits are no longer dropped
- Auto mode: when the classifier can't evaluate an action, the error now includes a hint (retry, `/compact`, or run with `--debug`)
